A Vision to Enhance and Assist the Greater Ashton Community

The Ashton Community Foundation, Inc. is just completing its application for recognition by the IRS as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization and plans to submit that compiled paperwork for review by contacts within the Idaho Community Foundation.

With the generous support of grant monies gifted to the Ashton community by the Northwest Area Foundation, we will have the funds to pay the application fee. Many thanks to all those organizations and individuals who made the effort to see that these funds were available. They include the Horizons program, our local Steering Committee, business owners and the Community Center who donated space for meetings. Our beginnings would have been sorely hampered without this support.

Our great thanks also are extended to the Formation Committee members, past and present, who have consistantly attended the vital, often complicated, founding meetings. These individuals have consented to add their signatures as incorporators and are now serving as ad hoc Board Members of the now functioning Foundation.

If you have any questions or comments, please send us an email and we will respond at our earliest convenience.
